Agreement
These Terms are provided by LazyingArt LLC for EchoMind. Questions about these Terms can be sent to echomind@lazying.art.
By registering, you confirm that you can agree to these Terms and the Community Guidelines. Registration records acceptance of both documents at the displayed document version.
EchoMind's first release is available only to adults aged 18 or older. You may not register unless you are at least 18. Registration requires a separate age confirmation but does not ask for your date of birth.
If you do not agree, do not create an account or continue using signed-in features.
Your account
- Provide accurate registration information and keep access to your account secure.
- Do not use another person's account or attempt to bypass invitations, permissions, quotas, or safety controls.
- You are responsible for activity performed through your account until it is secured or deleted.
- Choose a username and profile that do not impersonate another person or mislead the community.
Your content and permissions
You remain responsible for content you submit. Only upload, record, publish, or share material that you have the right and permission to use.
You permit EchoMind to process, store, display, transmit, transform, and generate outputs from submitted content as needed to provide the feature you requested. Visibility controls determine the intended audience, but you should not treat shared or public spaces as confidential.
AI, translations, and generated voices
AI responses, translations, annotations, transcripts, and generated audio can be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable. Check important output yourself. Do not rely on generated output as professional medical, legal, financial, or emergency advice.
Do not create or use a voice model without the necessary permission, or use generated voices to impersonate, deceive, harass, or violate another person's rights.
Safety and moderation
You must follow the Community Guidelines. EchoMind may restrict content, features, or accounts when needed to enforce those guidelines, protect users, or operate the service. Reports can be reviewed and marked open, reviewing, resolved, or dismissed by authorized moderators.
Blocking disconnects supported social relationships and limits interaction between the accounts. Do not use reports or blocks to harass others or submit knowingly false claims.
Optional Agent subscriptions
The EchoMind iOS app may be sold as a one-time paid download through the App Store under Apple's purchase terms; the Android app is free on Google Play. Optional AI Agent subscriptions increase the daily Agent allowance. Everyday chat, posts, and language enhancement do not require an Agent subscription, and Agent use does not spend LAC.
Where available, native subscriptions are purchased through Apple or Google. Website subscriptions use Stripe. The purchase screen shows the actual recurring price, currency, billing period, and applicable offer before you confirm. Monthly subscriptions renew automatically until canceled through the provider that handles the subscription. The current ongoing-discount offer has no scheduled automatic price increase while the subscription is maintained.
Sign in to the same EchoMind account to restore a verified purchase. A purchase belongs to the account used when subscribing and cannot be transferred by restoring it into a different account. Manage or cancel your subscription in the original provider's subscription settings. Cancellation normally retains access until the paid period ends; refunds, revoked purchases, or failed renewals can affect access according to the provider's verified status. Refund requests are handled by the payment provider under its applicable policies and consumer rights.
Daily Agent allowances reset at 00:00 UTC and do not roll over. Cached reading does not consume an Agent turn. Account deletion does not cancel a subscription with Apple, Google, or Stripe: cancel it with that provider before deleting your account. Separately operated EchoMind web services show their applicable payment terms in the web purchase flow.
Availability, changes, and ending use
Features, models, quotas, and integrations can change or become unavailable. EchoMind is provided as available and uninterrupted or error-free operation is not promised.
You can stop using EchoMind and permanently delete your account from Account & Safety settings. Deletion cannot be undone. The last active administrator must transfer administration before that administrator account can be deleted.
