Respect people
- Do not harass, bully, threaten, stalk, or target people with sustained unwanted contact.
- Do not attack or dehumanize people based on protected or personal characteristics.
- Do not publish another person's private information or intimate material without permission.
Protect safety
- Do not promote credible violence, exploitation, sexual abuse, self-harm encouragement, or dangerous wrongdoing.
- Do not use EchoMind to groom, exploit, or sexualize minors.
- Do not distribute malware, phishing, fraud, or instructions intended to compromise accounts or devices.
- For an immediate danger or emergency, contact the appropriate local emergency service rather than relying on an in-app report.
Be authentic and useful
- Do not impersonate a person or organization, manipulate users, or present generated media as authentic evidence when it is not.
- Do not spam, artificially inflate engagement, or repeatedly post deceptive links.
- Correct significant mistakes when sharing factual claims, especially where misinformation could cause harm.
Respect content and voice rights
- Share only content you created or have permission to use.
- Obtain permission before uploading someone's recording or creating a voice model based on them.
- Do not use voice generation, translation, or AI output to deceive, defame, or violate privacy or intellectual property rights.
Use report and block tools responsibly
Use Report on content that may violate these guidelines. Select the closest reason and add only details needed to understand the concern. Report details are available to authorized moderation tools.
Use Block when you need to stop supported social connections and hide interaction with another account. You can review and reverse blocks in Account & Safety settings.
Safety and moderation appeals
To appeal a safety or moderation decision, email echomind@lazying.art with your username, the report or action reference if available, and the details needed to review the decision. Do not send a password, date of birth, or identity document.
Enforcement
Authorized moderators can review reports and update their status. Depending on the issue and available controls, EchoMind may restrict content, relationships, features, or accounts.
A report does not guarantee a particular outcome. Submitting duplicate or knowingly false reports does not make a claim more credible.
